If disclosure has already happened
- List every disclosure with dates — what was shown, to whom, under what terms.
- Disclosures under a genuine NDA are generally not "public" — but the paperwork must exist.
- Move fast: the more time passes, the more the disclosure spreads and forecloses options in India and abroad.
